VIS Athlete Contract - Ski Team 2018 - 2019

To participate on the VIS Ski Racing Team, the members skiing level must be at the Level 8 “Early Advanced” level or above. Defined as:
"I can comfortably ski all the pisted runs on the mountain under control and can pick my line down any piste. I am linking turns in fresh snow just off-piste." More information at http://www.insideoutskiing.com/level.html

To clarify trip cancellation: As with most hotels and travel companies, there are restrictions on cancellation policies. If for whatever reason you need to cancel, it needs to be more than 30 days in advance. If it falls within the 30 days, you still may be charged for some or all of the trip fees. We will do our best at VIS to assist in cancelling reservations, but many times this is out of our control. Thanks for your understanding.

Skiing in groups:
Students will ski in groups without a coach from the racecourse to the lift, then back to the racecourse again. Children will always ski in groups!

I accept that VIS Athletes are bound by VIS rules and regulations whilst participating in all VIS Competitive Sports Program events. I understand that my child may be sent home from an away tournament immediately without refund and at my own cost for breaching these regulations.
